Email Security and Privacy
When communicating with CIM via the Internet, users may be assured that their email address will not be sold, distributed, or otherwise transmitted for commercial purposes. Except when expressly indicated otherwise (such as signing up for a mailing list), your email address will not be used for unsolicited communication for either commercial or non-commercial purposes. Requesting information regarding admissions testing does not obligate you in any way. The content of any communication with CIM may be used for internal purposes.

Cookies
CIM deploys short-term (1-hour) cookies only for the purpose of non-personal statistical analysis. This includes the operating system that you use, the browser, and your screen resolution. The webmaster uses this information to understand our audience's technical requirements. We do not use cookies for the collection of personally identifying data for any reason.

Beacons
CIM does not use "beacon" or tracking images, either online or via emails.

Exceptions To This Policy
In the case of any malicious act by a user, such as a denial-of-services (DOS) attack or harassing/threatening emails, any and all personal information that we are able to obtain shall be used for the purpose of pressing criminal charges. CIM has established a zero-tolerance policy enforcing this.
